Option for zero stars wasn't available, so one star it is. I purchased a property through Ray White Diamond Creek in February 2026 via what was advertised as a private sale. Apparently "private sale" just means "private until we think we can squeeze another $80,000 out of someone." After offers had been submitted, the rules suddenly changed and a "private mini auction" appeared. Funny how, once the contracts were signed and returned, the price wasn't apparently high enough. The experience only went downhill from there. Communication from the selling agent then became non existent. If disappearing after contracts are signed is part of the customer service package, they delivered a flawless performance. I wasn't buying a ghost, but apparently I was dealing with one. If your idea of buying a home includes uncertainty, legal threats, disappearing communication, escalating legal costs and wondering what fresh surprise tomorrow will bring, then Ray White Diamond Creek may be exactly what you're looking for.
