She even offered to help prep the property when we could not be there. But what sets Di apart from everyone else is her wonderful style of dealing with people. We had a very unusual, stressful and protracted sale and through it all she maintained her composure and her sense of humour. We cannot rate Di highly enough! This is the second sale she’s handled for us and booth have resulted in an outcome that far surpassed our expectations. She’s kind, courteous, efficient and takes complete ownership of the whole sales process. Her advice and response rate is always well timed and considered. She did not set out false expectations and guided us to be conservative, but then over-delivered. We’ll miss getting to chat to her regularly!!
