Libby Talbot - Where to Begin? From the moment the decision was made by Mum to sell her much-loved home and move to Wodonga, with her two daughters, Mum wanted Libby to handle the sale of her Drouin Paradise. I personally had not met Libby at this stage but new that she had been a good help to St Vincent De Paul Christmas Donations for many years that my mother had also been very involved with. The first time I met Libby I felt, this lady is on Mum's side, and she would do right by Mum. I had done a bit of homework, Checking the Real Estate Windows in Drouin, and had an idea of what to expect with Mum's Sale. Libby did not disappoint, as far as I'm concerned, she was spot on with her prediction of the market at the time and also the estimation of value of Mum's property. Libby was so efficient, photos were organised within a few days, the "For Sale" sign went up immediately and we were still packing. Libby had a few enquiries while we were packing Mum's place up. As we were still residing there Libby took this into consideration and would ring and confirm that it was suitable to bring buyers through at certain times/days etc. Once the property had been vacated, Libby organised open houses of Mum's property. There was some interest after the first open house, but the offer was a bit low, so Mum decided to pass on the offer from the advice received. Libby worked tirelessly to make this sale for Mum. She was available at a moment's notice and happy to address any issues that may have developed. The end result of such fabulous work by Libby, the care and understanding she showed through the process to my mother was truly beautiful and very sensitive to her needs. Libby made the Sale within 6-8 weeks, from on the market to settlement. What more can you ask for? This lady was kicking goals, left, right and centre.
