After having the block at Drouin for 20 years, we decided to give the 'ride on mowers' a rest. Jokingly aside, Dale Atkin was approachable and accommodating. Warned us that the property might not sell at auction day and indeed the property was passed in. With Dale's negotiation with potential buyers, the property was sold after a week. We sat down with Dale and he told us exactly what the market was doing. Due to the lockdowns in rural areas it was going to be hard to get people through the property. His advice was that he would work his contacts to gain interest which is what he did. After the lockdown was lifted he had groups of people waiting to look at the house. An offer was made in which he was able to negotiate our asking price. We would highly recommend Dale and Ray White Drouin as the professionalism from the whole team from start to finish has made the process of selling our home easy.
