Debbie commenced at Ray White Dubbo in 2001 after working with Sydney Airports Corporation. Her happy and friendly disposition has made her an esteemed member of staff, of which the office administration relies upon. Debbie’s extensive administrative and organizational skills has seen her be acknowledged for her tireless efforts, being awarded Most Valuable Staff member for 2003 and 2005, Most Valuable Support Staff for 2001 and 2002 and Sydney Royal Easter Show Rural Achiever in 2002. Born and bred in Dubbo, Debbie grew up on her parent’s property ‘Marrington’, just North of Dubbo. This provided her with a great wealth of local knowledge, which when combined with a commitment to excellence sees her contributing to the goal of Ray White Dubbo becoming the driving force in the Dubbo Real Estate market. Now married to Lee with four beautiful children, Will, Evie, Clancy and Audrey, Debbie enjoys spending her spare time with her family. Gardening, reading, cooking, swimming and tennis are a few of her favourite past times. She is also the Secretary of the National Shorthorn Show & Sale. With her optimistic and enthusiastic nature, Debbie relishes in the challenging and ever changing industry of real estate, and especially the opportunities that arise within Ray White Dubbo. She hopes to see the Ray White Dubbo property management department grow by providing the best possible service to our Landlords and Tenants. Originally from Sydney, Melissa’s professional goals have always been focused around real estate. She has enjoyed a wide range of experience within the industry from reception, sales, administration and also property management. It is in property management where Melissa’s passion really sits which blends in seamlessly with her strong traits of being well organized, having outstanding communication and listening skills whilst also boasting an instinctive ability to problem solve. Melissa’s positive attitude and inherent desire to provide a high level of customer service ensures that all her dealings will achieve the outcomes everyone is looking for. Melissa and her husband Nick have two younger children and love the lifestyle that Dubbo offers families like theirs.
