Easy to deal with

Buyers Agent Purchase

I recently purchased a property for my Clients through Steve. Having not worked together previously, I'm sure we both didn't know what to expect however after 2 days of transparent and honest conversations, Steve and I were able to coordinate a successful purchase for both of our clients. Without Steve's consistent communication and honest approach to the process, I don't believe we would have been able to coordinate such an outcome. I am certainly looking forward to working with Steve again in the near future. Without transparency, it's difficult to create successful outcomes on both the buyers and sellers end. Steve displayed great knowledge and integrity in his work, he always kept you informed about the progress of the sale discussing with you about the best way to achieve best result working with the interested buyer’s so much so he turned the sale into a bidding match The property was put on the market on Friday, open house on Saturday sold on Monday. The purchaser secured the property by an unconditional offer to beat of the other contenders. NEED I SAY MORE other than well done
