Ty sold my mums house for myself & my sister. During what was the worst time in our life Ty took charge. He helped us with trades works, went to the house to check on things for us, managed everything being done in readiness for sale and even went and cut the overgrown trees etc for settlement himself. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the huge requests and constant need for assistance, he never one complained about the work that was not even technically part of his job. He always willingly and eagerly went above and beyond the call of a simple real estate agent. There was a reason we trusted him completely with our family home. There are no words that can accurately express just how grateful my sister & I are to Ty. Through all the tears all the heartache, he was not only our salesperson, but our rock, our hope. He was honest even if it was hard to be given our emotional state. There is just nothing I could say to do justice to not only what a wonderful and professional job he did, but also what a kind, loyal, earnest person he is. People need to know how amazing he is and my sister and I would recommend him a thousand times over to anyone. You got an incredible price in a bad market and with tragic circumstances. We will always be grateful and loyal in return.
