I've had various interactions with many real estate agents throughout the buying journey of my first home. In most times, these interactions would end up in frustrations. I have come across to situations where I would unintentionally engage in bid wars, where these agents desgracefuly would disclose offers back and forth in order to reach the highest price point possible. I must say that my experience with Ty was very much different to that. Upon placing a final offer, I had the opportunity to comete the diligence work and enquiries before exchanging contracts, had been given full attention and instructions which provided me with great confidence in the purchase.
