Augusto acted with great sensitivity towards the family history of the property, his local market knowledge and confidence of the sale was very reassuring . This was proven, in time, to be a good decision with the seamless teamwork between them both and there support team, which had instinctively convinced us to place the business with Ray White. We were also recommended to enhance the interior of our home, with some updating of paintwork and the layout of the furniture to project its best appearance. The full wrap around service quickly became apparent, with garden cleanup, internal painting, furniture layout and dressing of the rooms starting just a few days later. We met Simon, who managed a gang of specialists to complete the work in just a few days before full marketing photography was orchestrated. Within the week the property was on the market to view and the sales and marketing machine of this team went into top gear. We had regular contact with Elise who was in full support almost daily and with Augusto arranging regular weekly meetings to present statistical analysis and progress of the marketing drive.
