Experienced agent who kept us in the loop
Andrew is a great communicator who kept us in the loop regarding our interest in buying a unit which ultimately resulted in the purchase of one. We missed out on the purchase of a few other places as the agents didn't seem interested in dealing with purchasers so it is refreshing to find an agent who is keen to help.

Stress Free Experience!

One of the good ones
In the 7 years that Michael has been my Property Manager (both as part of Brough & Taylor and as Ray White), I have always found him to be incredibly helpful, accomodating, honest, and quick to respond to any requests. During the period of the sale he was always on hand to answer any questions and guide us through the process. I’m not generally a fan of Real Estate Agents, but he’s one of the good ones. Highly Recommended.

Absolutely would use them again.
Andrew and Michael were friendly, proactive and diligent. At the start, they went out of their way to meet face to face to get acquainted. They kept us informed about potential buyers, patiently explained our options with selling costs, and never had to be chased. They were always happy to do on-site inspections and encouraged us to be involved with renovation decisions. We also found them to be very honest, including when we *didn't* need to spend. We would absolutely use them again.
