Next time I wouldn't even bother looking around and would just go back to Edward. Here is our story. We have been considering selling our investment property for 2 years. We had an appraisal from Edward and other agents 18 month ago but were not ready to sell. In March we reached out to several agents to get a new appraisal. A few valuations came in, some were similar. It was apparent how some agents have got lazy with a strong market; several didn't even bother to call - it was just sms/email with a value range.
