I would never recommend 360 to any one I had a terrible experience with them,I bought a house through them After signing the contract Mark never responded to my calls,It was very hard to organised final inspection,Seller was there,seller was very drunk and started to yell and scream,There was some plumbing was not sorted by real estate It took me 2days to get the after settlement House was in mess,Mark promised to send a cleaner when gave the keys but when I contacted next day he refused and said that not his job to chase the seller,Very rude and unethical team.

Marion, is honest straight forward, and does not make you waste time, to benefit herself. She understands the market and most of all, her clients and their needs. Negotiations were easy, and not a fuss when purchasing this property. Also understands that people are busy and dont have time to go back and forth with offers etc. Emails updates continuously and keeps everyone updates. Times made suitable for all parties to allow for working people. Would use again and highly recommend.

Marion Hughes is a wonderful real estate agent and a lovely person. She helped us enormously in buying our first home and took so much of the stress off of me considering I was heavily pregnant. Anytime I had a question or a worry she would always have an answer quickly for me. We had a strict budget and she worked incredibly hard to make sure we got the home we wanted for the price we needed. When we do eventually sell our home, it is Marion we will be going to for sure! Wouldn't work with anyone else, she is the best!
