Scott Baxter and his team where very professional in auctioning our family home in Marsfield. He is very friendly, not pushy or demanding. He patiently went through each step of the process answering all our questions and never rushed us. He went above and beyond to help us with the open house sessions and the marketing for these events was excellent. We had up to 25 inspections per session, thousands of internet hits and numerous pre-auction offers, all of which Scott handled with ease. He kept up communication via home visits, phone, email and text messages, keeping us constantly up-to-date. Well done Scott for getting us well over our reserve!

Having to sell a family home of 40 years with memories imbedded for a lifetime, was hard to say the least but Scott with his friendly manner and the the understanding of the task ahead, made the difficult and emotional process uncomplicated. Before the sale process Scott spent time asking many questions about the house and its history and understanding what we as owners had desired. Understanding our expectations he was able to assist with feedback in each step. Scott sent texts after each showing with the number of groups to inspect the house, feedback with clients wanting further inspections, number of contracts issued and notice if a prospective wanted a private inspection. With his friendly and intuitive sense of selling a home with such attachment to its owner, allowed the sale to reach its profitable conclusion. I cannot think more highly of Scott’s professionalism and genuine connection to our family. Many thanks to his offsiders who were there to record the names of prospective buyers and offering assistance to Scott.

Always well dressed and on time every time. We developed a relationship well beyond that of Agent and Vendor. When the stylist wanted to change the layout of the lounge that prohibited me watching TV Scott was there with the answers. I was well informed of what was happening during the Open House days and at no time did Scott build up expectation of sale price always referring to what purchases were indicating. The whole project went very smoothly, better than expected and the Ray White Team at Epping were there to help him. Congratulation to Scott and Ray White Epping. I picked up Scott from a referral and what a referral it was thank you all for your efforts and friendship.
