In saying this, we did our own research and met with other agents before deciding to use Matthew. Not only was Matthew cost competitive, he came across as very genuine and trustworthy. The property was priced well, and Matthew and his team put in a lot of discretionary effort to vet the buyers to ensure we got the right people to the auction. The auction process was very nerve racking (they always are), but we felt very supported. In the end, we got the price we wanted, even though there were lots of apartments on the market and there was a lot of uncertainly due to COVID.
