He took the time to meet with us twice to explain Ray White's proposed marketing strategy, run through their potential buyers (including their extensive list of off-market buyers), and to offer assistance with property style and maintenance of the property prior to sale. We felt confident that the sale of our property was in good hands from day one, and we were not disappointed; Ercan obtained a strong result for us on auction day. All of the administrative tasks were easily managed with Ray White, right up until settlement day, removing a lot of the stress from the whole process. As we were still living overseas, Shaun took on the project manager role to coordinate the house being painted and staged, and also managed tradies who were doing minor repair jobs. We sold the house under the hammer at auction which was a great result, being 2 days before real estate was shut off and Australia went into a semi-lockdown.
