This is the 4th property Lar sold for me over the 10-ish years. Again, a wonderful result, just like every time. Lar is always willing to take extra effort to help vendors and purchasers, e.g organizing un-scheduled inspections for purchasers, and update vendor regularly. I bought a new property before put this to market; In searching my property, I encountered many different real estate agents, not every one would like to take extra effort to help purchasers (ultimately this helps vendors).
