Blayze has been hands down the best real estate agent I have ever met.
Blayze has been hands down the best real estate agent I have ever met. I have had lots of experience dealing with agents both in the rental and in the buying sectors. None have even come close to the full service supplied by Blayze. He handled everything you could have asked for. He supplied accurate, up to date information on the property, went above and beyond to get you anything that you needed. He was always available to call, to ask questions. Most of all it was like dealing with a mate.

Cannot recommend Blayze highly enough!
Cannot recommend Blayze highly enough!! After having our property on the market for 90 days with another agent, we signed a contract with Blayze AND he sold our house in 27 days!! Blayze was exceptional to deal with. His attention to detail, communication and honesty were excellent. While working with Blayze, you can really tell that he enjoys what he does as he puts his heart and soul into it. Blayze now has us as a customer for life!

I recently bought a property through Blayze; he is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with.
I recently bought a property through Blayze; he is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. From the first inspection he has been a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to find out what I was looking for in a property and during Covid-19 restrictions, when I expected it to be near impossible to find and purchase a property, Blayze made it so simple. I have recommended him to family and friends and he has already been able to help them purchase properties. I have purchased 5 properties and sold 3 in the past and Blayze was a standout compared to the agents I have dealt with before. I will never use another agent!

Very knowledgeable agent
Blayze had a very sound understanding of the market and was happy to answer all of our questions. He helped us through the process of selling our property and made him self available when ever we needed. We felt very comfortable with him and are glad we picked him as our agent.

Absolutely Brilliant!
If I knew anyone selling a house I would recommend Ben Thomas and his team from Ray White Ferntree Gully hands down. Ben is passionate, driven and knowledgeable which makes him exceptional at his job. His team are also very driven, personable and extremely proficient. 10/10. It made our unique selling experience a breeze

Professional with our best interests as a priority
Brendan and Matt were our saviours when we had to leave an unscrupulous agent from Boronia that we were with for 4 months . The prior agent's marketing plan was a disaster (marketed house as a 4 bedroom when it is really a 3 bed + studio) so it got the wrong people to home-opens. As a result the house sat on market way too long before COVID when sales were still exvellent. It should have been sold, but after 6 weeks, the old agent was only interested in quick sales and stopped returning ours or potential buyer calls as he pursued faster/ easier sales, essentially dropping us without telling us. Months passed and our financial situation was turning dire so we had to move agents. Brendan and Matt took over, assessed our situation (by now COVID was taking hold) and they expertly marketed and sold iour housr in only a few weeks with an excellent price return. They gave excellent expert advice and through their local knowledge and showed us kindness and compassion at a very difficult time. They looked after our best interests every step of the way. Brendan's negotiating skills are top-notch and the fact that he is likeable and trustworthy serve him well in his people-oriented job. We highly recommend both Brendan and Matt.

Hard working and very easy to talk to!
I would not hesitate to recommend Thinh. I found him to be hard working and very easy to talk to. He was very honest with his advice and kept us completely informed where our sale was. Its a hard choice picking an agent but I do not believe any other agent could have achieved a better outcome. Well done Thinh!
