Matt was easy to deal with through out the process. He over stated the selling price to get the sale and as soon as the property was open he began to talk us down (it was a hot market so he either deliberately mislead us or didn't know). We sold $100k below his estimation. Having said that, in the end we believe the property sold for about what it was worth. Just would have been nice to have a realistic number from the start.
