Thanks to Lar we had the best possible experience we could wish for. I personally never expected that I can like a Real Estate agent (except one of our closest friends who is an agent) assuming that most of them are manipulative and pushy. We all hear how stressful a property transaction can be both for the sellers and for the buyers. I suspect that we were rarely lucky to have both transactions completed within a week and both of them with pleasant experiences. We sold our property through a very close friend with her own RE business and we had a calm and stress free process (which we kind of expected from her). Two days later (on Sunday) we unpredictably found the house we were looking for. On Monday we contacted Lar, inspected the property on Tuesday morning and made an offer on the spot. Following this offer we received the calmest, most respectful and considered approach from Lar. She professionally directed us and the vendors to quick and optimistic negotiations ending with final contract three days after submitting the initial offer.
