I met Blayze at an Auction he was running at another house in my street ... Before Blayze came to my house I had another 4 agents over to give me their thoughts and to choose an agent ... one was more interested in showing me how highly he was rated online ... another tried very hard to make me sign up with him immediately... another one promised some information to me and I never heard from him again and another was just (in my thoughts) too far up himself for me to deal with. Blayze is not only professional but he is so easy to get along with - While he is professional he is also ... not sure how to describe this but human - not too busy telling me how good he is etc he just got on with it Im not sure why but of all the agents I saw he was the one I felt most comfortable with - my house needed a lot of work to be ready for sale so Blayze arranged all of that for me and the house sold before Auction after about 3 weeks on the market and above the asking price! I was more than happy and would recommend him to anyone.
