Matthew George was always quick to keep us updated during the campaign and always gave us realistic and reasonable advise. He never gave us any false hopes on the price that we could get. Having said that, our final price was very close to the maximum that he thought we could get, clearly confirming to us that he had full and up to date knowledge of the local market . His advice on setting a reserve price was also very correct and reasonable. He has worked hard during the entire campaign and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. We used Matt to sell our place in Ferntree Gully in March 2017. I had been communicating with him prior to entering a contract for at least 6 months before that and he was always more than happy to offer over his time and opinions to help me with any questions I had. He was very patient with me in that respect! I really loved that he kept me up to date with any changes in the market and any property listing which were comparable to mine. Once our house was on the market, communication was awesome and really open and honest. I couldn't fault Matt and highly recommend him. We achieved way over our expectations with the sales price so all around are really happy customers.

I met Matthew George quite some time ago. I was not ready to sell and advised him I would be in touch when the time came. Matt was amazing, kept me up to date with the local market, advised me when properties were on the market and the outcone etc. It was a great help and when the time came to sell my home I felt well informed of property values in the area.
