Agents I had spoken to, prior to meeting Matt, had told me the fact that I had a cut-off back yard would not affect my sale price and led me to believe that I would get a certain sale price. Buying a house is never easy, stress, finances, contracts, negotiation, the list goes on, often made harder with dodgy real estate agents. I had the pleasure of purchasing a house through Thinh recently and must say he made the experience pleasurable. Even with all the usual stresses involved in the purchasing process, Thinh made it easy. He was always willing to assist and advise us whilst working for his client (the seller), never compromising his position. A great sales person is someone who is honest, respectful and helps both parties come to an amicable and mutually beneficial deal, Thinh did this.
