Communication was very good and the team was very friendly, but I was disappointed when settlement day came. There wasn't a sticker saying SOLD on the sale sign, I waited a few days to see if maybe there will put one, but 10 days after settlement I had to ask the agent why was the sign still there saying "for sale". After this it was removed, but I was never able to take a photo with the sign saying "sold" which is a bit disappointing since you don't but I house everyday.
