Nick Chen is just an absolute top shelf of a men and a guru, I don't think you will meet an honest, reliable, respectful, understanding real estate agent who will literally bend over backwards to champion for you as a seller and a buy especially as a first timmer seller. He went above and beyond to explain things to me when I couldn't understand and seeked information diligently, promptly as possible he has such a very high professional standards for you, he puts you at aw most times. I couldn't highly recommend Nick Chen as seller of your property or as buy off a property from the Ray white lists of properties for sale enough. Don't look passed this super dooper top gun of a realtor you wouldn't regret a single phone call to him. Just an all round blessing to have met him and he will be a God sent to you for sure. I

As an intestate property investor, I was in a position where I needed to trust the Agent with the sale of my property as a result of not being able to view the property prior to listing. I needed an honest appraisal of what I should expect for my property and needed to trust that my property would be presented to market at it’s best. Andreas demonstrated an absolute willingness to support me and went out of his way on a couple of occasions to offer help where needed. This included dealing with issues with having electricity connected to the property for me. Andreas was very timely with honest feedback from property inspections which helped me to really understand what sale result I should expect in a property market that was starting to soften. I know that he worked very hard on a particular weekend juggling two offers and negotiating heavily for the best outcome for me. He never “over promised and under delivered”, and surprised me with an offer that I was not aware he had worked hard to secure.
