Grady is a very approachable and down to earth agent. I was having difficulty securing a property in the Tuncurry area and he managed to find the perfect place for me whilst it was preparing to go to market. He negotiated a good price which myself and the vendor were happy with. Being new to buying/selling real estate, I was uncertain about the whole process. Daniel Cross of Ray White, Forster, and his team have managed our unit over the past couple of years and we have been happy with their service they have provided. When we decided to sell the unit we decided to do it through Ray White Forster. After just a couple of weeks we had a buyer, but they were unable to get the finance and had to withdraw from the sale. Within a few days we had another interested buyer and will be settling at the end of March 26. We are happy with Ray White Forster, for property management and sale.
