The friend referring Mark told us of their experience where an exiting vendor left the premises in a terrible condition and Mark spent his personal time on the weekend cleaning the house so that it would be clean and ready for the new purchaser to move into on Monday. We thought we have to meet someone who goes above and beyond in service like that. Credit where credit is due........Mark impressed us with his passion, realistic and cooperative approach. Mark has been my mother's choice to sell her house for a few years. She met him when he came and gave her a house valuation. Ever since then he has contacted her and dropped around for a chat regularly which at 93 years of age she has enjoyed. We did see a number of other agents from other companies but found Mark the most realistic and honest. My mother's house being almost 65 years old was a nice house but did need some work and Mark's advice during the preparation for sale was helpful and achievable. During the whole process he was giving us feedback on how things were going and what buyers were saying. We didn't go to auction because he found a buyer that exceeded my mothers expectations in just over a week. He was always thoroughly professional, has a great knowledge of the local area, gave support and advice when needed.
