Matt was awesome
I have worked with Matt on three separate occasions. I purchased a home through him back in 2010 and found Matt to be pleasant, fun and professional. Once my mum decided to sell her home, there was no better person to choose to do this for her, it was a no brainer. Mum being quite a stressful person, Matt kept her calm and relaxed. When it was time to sell my home Matt was the first person I thought of. I highly recommend Matt as he is fantastic at his job, had a great sense of humour and is easy to work with. I would highly recommend him, he has over 20 years experience and his knowledge is outstanding. I'm truly grateful I had Matt in my corner when it came to selling my property that I had lived in fir 16 years. Thanks Matt, you've done it again...

Helped us buy our dream home
Matt sold us our dream home, and the experience was wonderful. He communicated honestly and clearly throughout the entire process, helped us with absolutely any questions we had, and helped us understand requirements as we hadn't moved in a long time. There were no surprises and it was an awesome experience. We would not hesitate to use Matt again in the future, and I recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Professional, knowledgeable and just amazing to work with
Our experience with Matt was just fantastic. We knew what to expect and what was happening every step of the way, from valuation to sale Matt's support removed all of the stress. I advised Matt that I required a longer settlement then what the vendor wanted, he was quick to speak with his client and get it approved for me.
