We knew that we could trust Matt to work hard for us in order to obtain the best possible result. He stepped us through the auction process which was new to us and although the property didn't sell at auction it was sold shortly afterwards for a price we were very pleased with.( loved the idea of the free coffee van!!) The communication from Matt and the Ray White team was excellent and we were always kept updated with how the campaign was progressing, and could view the many different informative graphs and tables. We were extremely pleased with the regular open inspections held and the effort Matt put in to these. Overall we would highly recommend Matt.
