Looked for a property for over 6 months and went to a few auctions. Most price guides were misleading as the final price/ owner’s expectation were $150k to $500k+ over the price guide. We gave our offer based on the buyer’s guide of this property and the owner accepted it before auction. Really surprised and appreciative.
