Fraser was honest about the sale of our family home right from the beginning. He gave us advice of where to spend money to get the house ready to sell. He also gave us the breathing space he could tell we needed before we even discussed the campaign. Fraser knew the market extremely well and we were very happy with the price that we got. Further to that I was always informed about potential buyers and their offers. Our weekly meeting was used to guide the next step in the campaign, there were no surprises as everything was planned together. Questions were answered promptly. I will definitely contact Fraser if I am ever in the position to sell again.
