We found Janette to be an excellent agent when we purchased 10 Duboulay St. She was able to negotiate with the vendors very satisfactorily for us - taking our counter offer and the vendors counter offers backwards and forwards right into the night until be finally settled on a purchase price.

Fantastic Service!

Being a first home buyer and not having ever brought a property before, the process was all explained clearly and any questions were always happily and promptly answered. Team Brennan made negotiating and buying our house a pleasant experience and not a stressful one. We were also rewarded with a few bottles of champagne post sale which was a lovely thought. Dave and Janette always kept contact with us, usually on a weekly basis to let us know how things were progressing, both with the buying of our house and our other house on the market. We will definitely use Janette and her team on our next market venture.

Ray White Geraldton does it again!
After having my property on the market for over a year with another agent, I was quite impressed with the results of Ray White Geraldton.
