Apart from a few hiccups at the commencement of the campaign (concerning appropriate text and photos), Neil and his colleagues at Ray White Gerringong provided a competent, knowledgeable and supportive service during the sale of my property. There were occasions during, and towards the end of discussions with different parties when I felt that I was not fully informed of what was occurring behind the scenes. For instance, I believe that the two early 'offers' of $1.93 and $1.95m were responses to advice given to the potential purchasers at the time (rather than "$2m plus" as previously agreed as a strategy). Despite my reservations, the outcome was satisfactory. I look forward to Neil's continuing interest towards settlement in April.
