We found Joseph to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We were travelling overseas the next day and he accommodated all our request and showed flexibility in accomodating all our request. Special mention for Bridget too who is very pleasant to deal with. Barrie and Lisa were extremely easy to work with. Nothing was ever too much trouble. On Auction day they were very responsive and great with communicating what was happening. Their professionalism was superior throughout the whole campaign and the results at Auction speak for themselves. They achieved a price well above my expectations getting $400k over the reserve price! I would not hesitate to use them again.
