I met Robert some years ago and was at a cross roads in my life. Unsure wether to sell.. Robert suggested I not sell until I work out what I want to do. A real estate has never suggested that! I didn’t sell. 4 years later COVID hit and I had just signed the papers with Robert to sell... then I pulled out one week before it was advertised. Robert said it was not a problem. 11/10 for patience. 5 years later from my first contact with Robert, I approached him again.. We put the property on the market and 1 week later we had a buyer. Got more than I expected. Robert kept me updated and was honest in his estimation. Robert is genuine and made the whole process so easy. He knows everything about real estate. 15 Turner Ave Ryde – Sold for $1,710,000 ($160,000 over reserve!) I am very happy to write this review of Colin Liotta, Real Estate Agent for Ray White, Gladesville. During the initial stages to sell my late father’s house, I was asked to approach three agents in the Ryde area to give me their recommendations and advice. Out of these three, Colin shined above the other two. What made him stand out was that he was not pushy and came across very experienced in the property market. He was especially patient throughout our dealings and sensitive to the grief and difficulty I was experiencing due to the loss of my father, certain legal proceedings I was enduring from my siblings, and the fact that the family home where I was living and a carer for my late father until his death, was to be no more. This whole process took approximately one year but he waited patiently, given me updates on the market in general, and how COVID19 was affecting sales in the area, and his patience paid off. He was overjoyed when he was finally chosen as the agent and given the go ahead to put the property on the market. He created the right buzz and even, to his surprise, scores of people attended the open house. On the day of auction, it sold way above reserve as he had always wanted, knowing how much I had gone through to get to this very day. I highly recommend Colin for anyone thinking of selling their home.
