Friendly, knowledgeable and honest
We had a great experience using Colin. He was friendly, honest and gave great insights demonstrating his knowledge of the market. He gave frequent updates and responded to all of our queries straight away. He managed to get us a result a bit above our expectations, quickly and in a really challenging market.

We have known Neil for over fifteen years since he sold our family home in Gladesville and when we decided to sell our home in Ryde we didn’t consider any other agent. Neil's easy-going nature, his wealth of experience, and infectious positivity helped us through what could otherwise have been a stressful time. I had the wonderful fortune to have Neil Robson act as my selling agent. Neil is so much more than a knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional. It's like having your own personal project manager. Nothing was too much trouble, and he's absolutely delightful to deal with. Colin Liotta was my agent of choice to sell my late mother's home. The complexities of selling were something different due to COVID 19. Combined with family dynamics and different family opinions. From the initial market appraisal, through renovation and presentation, to auction strategy, their advice was clear, knowledgeable and helpful. Communications throughout the process were timely and relevant. Their network of trade contacts helped me get the work on the house done promptly and to a good standard - the house never looked as good as on auction day.
