My wife and I visited several properties earlier in the day before we first met Neil. Neil was the only agent to actually treat us like serious buyers and spend time talking to us to understand our needs and show us around. He also suggested another nearby property which he was showing right after. You could tell he really believed in what he was selling. He even went for a dip in the creek behind the property in the video. Talk about going all in! We asked to see the property once more before the auction and he was very accomodating and seemed genuinely happy to show it to us, letting us take our time and doing his best to address our concerns. We eventually won the auction and couldn't be happier! He's still very responsive and willing to accomodate our requests. Legendary service!
