Very capable agent
I found Colin Liotta very helpful in every respect. He went beyond what was absolutely necessary to make the whole process simple for me. He was helpful in getting rid of unwanted goods in the building and organized work that others would have left to me to organize. I can thoroughly recommend him.

UPBEAT & INFORMATIVE
When it came time to sell our investment property at 41 Melba Dr, East Ryde, we chose Robert Cassidy for 2 x reasons, I) his agency had been managing it for us for the last 9-years, and ii) after a previous experience with Robert who sold another property of ours. When reviewing the property for sale, Robert had diligently completed his homework and showed us several comparable properties and we discussed the positives / negatives of selling at Auction vs Private Sale. We agreed on what we considered to be the most cost effective marketing / media materials and Robert actioned these without a fuss. Throughout the Auction campaign, Robert & his team ran kept us informed of how many parties had visited during the open for inspections, who was / wasn't interested. On Auction day, Robert & his team were well prepared, bidders were registered, and Auctioneer arrived on time. Throughout the Auction, Robert maintained his composure and kept us informed of who was still interested and who wasn't. With the Action concluded, Robert & his team concluded the remaining paperwork efficiently and kept others, e.g. Conveyancers, informed. We would like to thank Robert for keeping the information up to us during the sale of our house, for maintaining an up-beat attitude throughout and a finalising a successful sale, all with minimal of fuss.

FABULOUS AGENT
From the moment I contacted Ray White Gladesville and spoke with Robert Cassidy I felt at ease. I am honestly so impressed with Robert & his team. My late Aunts unit in Meadowbank was put on the market and sold at the first viewing which had over 30 couples visiting. I was met with compassion through to the end. Roberts knowledge of the market was extensive. Everything was explained to me in detail. Lines of Communication were always open. I would 100% recommend Robert Cassidy and his team to any prospective home owners wishing to sell or even for advise about the Real Estate maze. Why would anyone go anywhere else!

A great result from an exceptional team
Robert, Jackie and the team did a fabulous job from sign up to completion of the sale of our property, being a deceased estate for which I was executor. At the initial discussion I was introduced to all staff who were to be part of the process. The communication was exceptional, made even better, by being able to put a face to the name on the other end of the phone. The sale process followed the script perfectly and resulted in a good result satisfying me and the five discerning beneficiaries. I would have no hesitation in recommending Robert and the team to prospective sellers.

Professional and Easy to deal with
Colin Liotta was extremely helpful throughout the whole campaign right up to Auction day. We were kept well informed of all interested parties in our property. A job well done!
