It was my first time that I met Neil during the auction. We were interested in a land which was for auction and we were successful and bought the land. My meeting with Neil was very short however in very short time I picked up straight away that Neil is very honest and very professional and provide us with few great suggestions and he had good knowledge about the area and the land. Once I had outlined my plans to Robert in regard to the sale of my apartment, the process flowed seamlessly. Robert and his team from Ray White were in straight away and prepared a great sales description with photos. Once online the interested parties had time to inspect and Robert took it from there. I could not rate negotiation as there was no need to negotiate but this format meant I could not complete the review unless I did. His credibility was rated high as he (as we had requested) made no effort to deal with my elderly and frail mother. He was patient and understanding as he had to deal with the complexities of our particular family situation. We were all kept informed as to the process.

Neil was very easy to get along with. His suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale were validated. The people he arranged to paint, sand floors and clean were great.
