Impressive

What a fantastic result !!
My wife and I recently decided to sell our house and chose Neil as he was by far the most likeable of the agents we contacted and his fee the most reasonable. The house was on the market for just over a week, with excellent attendance at our 3 open houses (during school holidays) and generated enough interest that we sold before auction for a price above our auction expectations. Neil's handling of the negotiations was beyond comparison - both professional and well balanced. We can't thank Neil enough nor recommend him highly enough.

Very experienced and professional
There is no question that Robert Cassidy and his assistant Jessica Ryan are very experienced and professional at selling property. We were very happy at the way that they managed our sale at every stage. Even though our property was outside their usual Gladesville area, they were able to achieve a sale with an extremely high price within a few days of the first open home. Despite the obvious stress and anxiety that comes with selling, Robert & Jessica were always ready to advise us at every stage and reassure us that things were totally under control which really did help. Congratulations !
Dear Robert, I cannot thank you and your team enough for the help given to us in selling our property at Marsfield. Our long term tennants had left the place in poor shape and we were dismayed at the need to renovate before selling.
