Honest and open
We were impressed by their comprehensive knowledge of the market in our area and the best ways to engage with potential buyers. Alan was highly conscientious providing us with reports after each inspection. He followed up individually with each serious potential buyer so that he understood how things were unfolding in the lead up to auction day. The strategizing for the auction day was sound given an uncertain market. Awesome crew!

Honesty and Integrity was no
I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience of selling my property. Based on 3 previous experiences of both buying and selling, admittedly 3 decades and more ago, I was suspicious about the honesty and integrity of some real estate agents. Natalie was always very friendly and approachable as well as respectful in listening to my concerns. She was honest about price potential and buyers feedback. She never tried to push me to make any decisions that I wasn’t comfortable with and was very encouraging but also very careful not to give me false expectations. I sincerely appreciated her conscientious effort in following up with buyer enquires and keeping me informed of every development. I commend her on all her hard work which, together with the hard work of her team member, Michelle, resulted in me getting a pleasing price for my property when it went to auction.

Great work and Thanks
We got our house in auction and though it was intense Alan and his team worked very closely with us and other bidders and made sure we were comfortable.
