I think Peter being in real estate and I am assuming you have been for some time. You should have more faith in people re reserve price. I had had done some research that myself and I new it would Sell more than what you said. I am thankful there were two bidders there that wanted it if there was not we would have been $70,000.00 short and that is a lot of money. So if I can do my research in selling and how much you should have done yours.

On the 14th December 2014 my husband and myself sold our family home of 40 years, this home had also been in my husband's family since 1925 and 5 generations living in this home. This was a big decision to sell and move into an apartment .
