Best Agent we have ever had
From the moment we met Rod we knew that he was the best person to sell our property. He was down to earth, easy to talk to, professional and very knowledgeable of the local area and market. He listened to us, answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. His focus was on us and he was always available to answer our question and to respond to our communications. We would highly recommend Rod to anyone looking for an outstanding agent.

Exceptional communication throughout campaign!
Rod’s communication was incredible throughout the entire campaign, keeping me informed of every step and progress. I was constantly kept in the loop which I’ve really appreciated and not taken for granted. From having Rod sell my home, I noticed he was never too busy for anyone, on either side of the sale, which is crucial for his relationships in the market. Not only did Rod work around the clock on selling my property, he was always contactable at all times and provided exceptional customer service which made me feel valued and important while making a significant financial decision in selling my property. Rod took initiative to go above the expectations with multiple additional open inspections, private viewings and liaising with third parties such as building inspectors, my builder and potential buyers. His market knowledge and advice, especially around areas such as Glengowrie, is evident and constantly demonstrated. I am extremely pleased with the financial outcome of the sale and look forward to using Rod’s services again in the future should I require any Real Estate needs. I’m confident Rod achieved the best possible price and exhausted all avenues to ensure the property was well marketed and exposed to the appreciate market. Genuine, Friendly, Approachable, Good Guy!
It is clearly evident that Rod works very hard to achieve the best result for his vendor. Despite being an unsuccessful bidder at the property Rod auctioned we wanted to express our thanks to him for showing a genuine interest in our plight to find an alternative, and keeping in contact with us until we were finally successful. Premier agent, premier experience!
We cannot speak highly enough of Rod! A 5 star rating is an understatement. If you want an agent who will give you honesty, communication and commitment then look no further. Selling a home is a daunting experience and for it us was no different. We found Rod to be extremely personable and we felt instantly at ease knowing he was acting on our behalf. We appreciated the constant & genuine feedback he provided and the messages checking in on us to ensure we were ok!!!! When our auction day arrived and he started the bidding process - it was just incredible to see how Rod addressed the large crowd.
