I cannot fault Adam's professionalism throughout this whole process. He is personable, efficient and was very accommodating. As this was my first experience selling a property it was clear from the offset how knowledgeable and honest Adam is in detailing the process of selling a property, clarifying your expectations so he can do his best for you and providing advice tailored to your property as opposed to a generic sales pitch. At no point did Adam make me feel like my endless questions were too onerous and always took the time to explain his responses. I was very impressed by the turn around time from signing the agreement to the property going on the market noting that he had to co-ordinate the staging, photos, floor plans, etc! He was in in contact via email and messages to provide updates at every stage which allowed me to have peace of mind of what was occurring. I did not feel like I was ever pressured into anything I did not agree to or want to do and therefore it was easy to establish a solid relationship with Adam as my preferred agent and entrusting him to sell my property. My property was under contract in just over a week and he handled all the difficult stages and helped negotiate in my favour with utmost professionalism.
