My partner and I watched Rod in action for the first-time last year which was our first auction to get an idea of what is involved. We were so impressed in how he conducted himself and the knowledge of the house and area. Rod spoke clearly and had everyone's attention and showed respect to those who were registered for the auction. Rod was working with Wayne that day and they both did a great job as they did with my place. Rod explained how he would conduct the auction for my place and the best way to handle the situation. Rod was absolutely brilliant and I'm so happy he was in control of the auction for my place. The enthusiasm he showed was as if he was selling his own house, it was great to watch again.
