He is THE guy

My 'buying the first home' journey happened and moved so quickly with Wayne. By inspecting the property multiple times, he was always very much welcoming, was able to answer to all my questions I had, and even was giving me his experience in buying his house and some suggestions to bring up the value of the property as well.
