Professional, friendly and would recommend.

Wayne did an outstanding job from beginning to end. From discussing the selling strategy and why, to the preparation and assistance to present the property for sale/auction, to contacting us daily with updates, to auction day, where he phoned us so we could hear the auction (interstate sellers). He sourced a lot of bidders for the auction. He was always professional, friendly, approachable and we felt very comfortable with Wayne.

Wayne was exceptional throughout the entire sales process. He communicated effortlessly with me interstate and with my mum locally. His advice on what needed attention (and what didn’t) was spot‑on, and he acted quickly to tight deadlines.
