Nici was very friendly , approachable , condident and successful professional business person.
Nici's market knowledge was excellent in that she had researched the potential value of our house and was then able to sell it immediately it went on the market and sold at the price we were asking. Nici was very professional in all our dealings with her , providing information on all relative fees etc , the process involved in selling and buying , kept us up to date on the progress on a regular and prompt basis and followed up various details with the other parties . Communication was excellent and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Enthusiasm mixed with Integrity
Having bought and sold many properties over the years I have met and interacted with many agents. Often one of two qualities were missing - enthusiasm or integrity. From the beginning I could see that Nici had both coupled with professionalism. She made me feel relaxed knowing I was in good hands.
