Professional, Prompt & Perfectionists
Organised right from the start with communicating everything that needed to be arranged to sending through information on time to contacting contractors to do repairs. All the staff were extremely helpful & efficient.

House and garden
House is brand new and ideal size for me and my 14 years old son .We are very satisfied with the house . But the garden was in very poor condition and was unkempt . There was an out door light the was continuously one 24 hours 7 days and was disturbance to the neighbors .Had to send several emails and few telephone calls to get it fixed at last. If not the this two bad expenses I would say that the house is 5 star.

Great agent - Predatory software
Had a pretty great agent, other than a bit of a miscommunication which has led to me - an online student - without internet for 1-2 weeks. My problem is with Ray White's Ailo (rent payment app), you HAVE to use this and while it does offer a fee free way to pay your rent (which is only because that's a requirement by law), it makes you jump through hoops every week to dissuade you from using it, yes the fee it charges is a small amount but it's the premise. Great agent - Predatory software.

Maddie is a star
Maddie is efficient and friendly in her assistance as property manager. As well as offering an on the spot virtual inspection, Maddie immediately coordinated the help of Meg to assist with the application process. We were so impressed with the online service to pay bond, advance rent and sign the lease. It was amazing. It was not a problem at all… Thank you Maddie and Meg for your superior service.

Ray White Goulburn staff have been excellent communicators and very helpful with the rental market.
Since purchasing our rental property a year or so ago, we have been impressed by the prompt attention we have received in either getting repairs done or discussions about other matters re our property. We have had a warm and honest relationship with our property manager and it has made this experience as a landlord easier with the guidance received by Ray White Goulburn staff. Thank you.
