From the very first inspection, Jacob was exceptionally professional, helpful and well informed about the property and the local market. Throughout the entire buying process, Jacob was very responsive and proactive in assisting with the purchase. Delivered what he said he do.
We were introduced to Jacob from Justin from Ray White Goulburn NSW. From start of the campaign the market was relatively quiet, but we had a lot of interest in the property. We agreed on a price to sell, as time passed more property's came on to the market. Jacob and ourselves moved on price reduction as to move the property. Jacob was always in contact at via email and mobile phone. When we had a successful buyer all the way through Jacob, followed up with the progress of the sale. I would recommend Jacob from Ray White Goulburn anytime to anyone who is interested in buying or selling. Jacob has great knowledge of the area and how the market is trending.

Barry made selling my house easy!
I was able to sell my house in a way that suited me. Barry was keen to make sure that I was comfortable with all the decisions around the process, from setting the asking price to accepting the final offer. Nothing went ahead unless I was happy with it. Barry has a good understanding of the Goulburn market and was able to put his knowledge into practice when advising me of the market value of my house. He walked me through what needed to be done to prepare my house for sale and was able to secure a buyer almost immediately. I am extremely grateful to Barry for his help.

Highly recommend
Stephanie was very genuine right from the start. From the initial meeting, she came prepared and asked plenty of questions about the property. Her local knowledge is an asset As I was interstate Stephanie organised local inspections and any matters that needed attention. I found her easy to talk with, and communication was excellent. Good local knowledge
