The most genuine Real estate agent!
Addison has been super helpful in our buying journey. He wasn't our buyer agent, but treated us like his own client. He showed us all the properties in his arsenal and went out of his way multiple times. He does not try to sell a property but lets you get a feel of the house. He knows majority of the details of the property and gets back in time with queries addressed to the seller. Contrary to the reputation of real estate agents, Addison is one of the most genuine people we have met. We highly recommend working with Addison. Addison worked hard
Addison worked hard to identify and follow up all underbidders and leads since the auction date, which were few and far between in the present market. Towards the end of the process he had to make numerous calls to get the two final potential buyers across the line, particularly the highest offeror who in the end couldn't arrange the necessary finance. Once we had the ultimate buyer on board he followed through all processes efficiently to get them through to exchange if contracts.
